Hydraulic infinitely variable drive on the top roll and the lower roll by low speed hydraulic motors. One motor for each roll. Automatic compensation for difference in speed between the top roll and the lower roll. Hydraulic erection of the top roll for easy removal of the bent plate. Hydraulic adjustment of the lower roll and the two side rolls. Digital readouts showing the positions at both ends of the lower roll and the side rolls. SKF spherical roller bearings in all journals. Hydraulic operation of the drop end. Control panel on wheels or swing arm with joystick control for the rotation and the adjustment of the lower roll and the side rolls. Electronic speed and parallel control in the control panel. Complete electric equipment incl. two emergency stops. One on each end of the machine. Operator´s manual and service instructions.
